Healthy CompetitionFor Participation & Engagement
As a wellness leader, two of your biggest challenges are getting high levels of participation in your programs and then getting high
levels of engagement from the participants. Our Team Activity Programs are designed to achieve both of those objectives.
Healthy Competition. It's a simple concept. You'll have several different teams within your company - with every team member wearing a pedometer or tracking their activity minutes. Participants will call in, text in or go online to log their activity and see how their team's activity compares to other teams' activity.
High Participation. Our peer-driven recruiting model is more effective - and less work for you - than traditional top-down communication models. You'll recruit your Team Captains, and they will recruit their team members. Team members get their peers involved and on the team. Our technology enables this powerful recruiting process to make it easy for everyone to get involved.
High Engagement. Some people are motivated by competition - others are more motivated by the social support they find within their team. Our Team Activity Programs include a big dose of both. Our social networking and messaging features promote team interaction and peer support. Powerful comparison graphs show which teams and individuals are winning the race - driving everyone towards higher activity.
