Making it Easy for You

If you've ever run a walking/activity program using pencil, paper and the occasional Excel file - you know how much time and energy that can take. Our online system makes it easy.

Recruiting Model. You have at least a few enthusiastic wellness proponents in every worksite or department. Recruit them as your Team Captains, and turn them loose to recruit team members. Then, team members will recruit their co-workers. Our system makes every step in this process as easy as pasting in a list of email addresses and clicking a button.

Team Captain Empowerment. Your Team Captains have them the ability to add new users and edit existing users' preferences. Empowering your Team Captains makes it easy for your program to include team members who aren't web-savvy - but who can use their phones to participate. Instead of being "the helpdesk", you foster team interaction by having team members go to their team captains for signup and assistance.

Participant Empowerment. Participants report their stepcounts/activity to the system either online, by calling a tollfree number, or by sending our system a text message. Nobody will turn in a paper sheet of numbers to you or to their team captain - all the data is digital.

Online and Custom Reporting. Our systems come with online reporting that's current and accurate. So you'll never have to do your own calculations or wait for the numbers - you can download a PDF file or a CSV data file anytime that's convenient for you. Extracon can also create fully customized reports to meet your exact needs.

Flexible Rewards. Our systems work well with all kinds of incentive and reward programs. We can even design custom reporting that tells you who did and didn't meet your unique incentive criteria.
