But let me tell you, it was a struggle getting through my first workout since last month.
Every couple of months, I get back on the program. I clear some time in my daily schedule,
work out really hard every day... but then in a week or two I’m off the program.
Either something came up at work, or I need to take one of my kids to the doctor,
or I’ve got an out-of-town trip I have to make. It’s always something. But once I break that
promise to work out every day, I’m not working out at all. It’s like I’m stuck in a cycle – on again and
off again. I know I’ve got to be consistent to get results, but I’ve got the rest of my life to deal with!
What can I do?
